¿Cómo es el recorrido?
Te buscamos en el hotel para dirigirnos al valle de Tierra Mayor, donde da inicio la senda, a 18 km de Ushuaia por la Ruta Nacional numero 3.
Comenzamos a caminar por el bosque y luego atravesamos valles de turba, bordeando el rio hasta llegar a la Laguna Esmeralda al pie del Glaciar Ojo de Albino. Al llegar a la laguna disfrutaremos de un box lunch y tiempo para fotos.
Es un trekking de dificultad media/ baja, sin embargo, recomendamos tener buen estado físico para realizarlo.
Es requerimiento contar con calzado de trekking, impermeable y caña alta.
How is the tour like?
We will pick you up at your hotel to go to Tierra Mayor valley, where the trail begins, 18 km from Ushuaia along National Route 3. We will start by walking through the forest and then crossing peat valleys, skirting the river until we reach
the Esmeralda Lagoon at the base of the Ojo de Albino Glacier. Upon arrival at the lagoon, we will enjoy a box lunch and time for photos.
The trekking difficulty level is low to medium. However, we still recommend being in good physical condition to do it. Waterproof, high-top trekking shoes required.
